Description
The simple form of this vase contrasts with its dramatic texture. Iron-rich clay thrown alongside smooth clay created a natural swirl of iron speckles up the sides of the vase. Meanwhile, long drips of ash glaze contrast with the horizontal iron stripes. Each side presents a different texture and appearance.
Fired in the wood kiln at the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA.
6.25 inches high, 3 inches wide.
Lead-free glaze.
Care
While this piece can be washed in the dishwasher, we recommend that you hand wash with care.
